Adopting a single-stage single-acting structure, it features a simple structure, easy maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and can adapt to large drainage volumes, strong load impact, and other harsh working conditions.
Key components such as the distribution plate, impeller, and pump shaft have undergone optimized design, simplifying the structure, improving performance, and achieving energy savings. The welded impeller is formed by one-time pressing of the blades, with a well-designed blade profile and integral hub machining, fundamentally solving the dynamic balance problem. The impeller and pump shaft use a hot-fit interference connection, ensuring reliable performance and stable operation.
The welded impeller undergoes good overall heat treatment, giving the blades excellent toughness and fundamentally ensuring their impact resistance and bending resistance, enabling it to adapt to harsh working conditions with strong load impact and fluctuation.
The unique top-mounted gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise. Multiple positions are provided with suction and exhaust ports, and the pump cover is equipped with an exhaust valve inspection window. The gap between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by positioning bearing pressing covers at both ends, making installation and use convenient, operation simple, and maintenance easy.
